Congrats to Coach Shilling/Tressler/Forgy/Ratcliff for pumping up the JV/FR teams. They have been coming on strong here at the end of the season. They got the runner up trophy at Gahanna and won at Worthington. Coach Jon Forgy:

CONGRATULATIONS to Coach Forgy. He has been running the Little Rocks this year. They have enjoyed one of their best ever seasons.

ATTENTION WRESTLERS Have BRACES? NEW RULE 2007: If you have braces on your teeth. You MUST wear a mouth guard. Failure to do this will result in 1pt. Team penalty + Injury time will start and you have 1.5 min. to get one or be disqualified.
